It high time for pie. Finally broke out all the wedding bake tools! Yemista - Greek Stuffed Tomatoes. 6 diced cloves of garlic. Frac14; c olive oil. Cut the tops off the tomatoes, scoop out the insides and put in a processor. Add onion, garlic, olive oil, rice, cheese, cilantro, salt and pepper to a processor. Put the stuffing from the processor into the tomatoes and reserve the leftovers.
Some of us show clear preference for one to the other. There is a wonderful little restaurant just down the block from our house.

Quinoa is an excellent source of protein as well as black beans. SO, these two together are protein packed and also great as a side for breakfast. They are so quick and pretty tasty. 2 cans of black beans. 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic.
